ALQUDS, Sept. 26 (YPA) – A number of female prisoners, who have been held administratively in Israeli occupation prisons, has risen to 27, after 3 female prisoners from the Ramallah province were transferred to administrative detention.
Palestinian Prisoners Club said in a statement on Thursday that the occupation authorities transferred the female prisoners: Abla Saadat, wife of the prisoner leader Ahmed Saadat, and Tahrir Jaber to administrative detention for 4 months, and the student Duaa Al-Qadi to administrative detention for 3 months, indicating that they have been detained since current September 17.
The number of female prisoners in Israeli occupation prisons has reached 97, and they are the female prisoners whose identities are known, and the majority of them are in Al-Damon Prison.
This does not include female prisoners from the Gaza Strip who have been arrested after October 7, 2023, according to the statement.
