Protest rally staged in Aden against coalition-backed government

ADEN, Sept. 22 (YPA) – A protest rally was staged on Sunday in the city of Aden, south of Yemen, against the coalition-backed government.

In rally, dozens of male and female students of the Higher Institute of Justice, who protested in front of the “Judicial Council and the Ministries of Justice and Finance, confirmed that their suffering has become unbearable.

They indicated to the difficult living conditions the student face as a result of the non-payment of their dues.

The protesters demanded that their salaries be paid retroactively, stressing that the living conditions and deteriorating services had negatively affected their studies and daily lives.

The rally called for the Judicial Council and the government to intervene urgently and quickly to solve this problem that has caused them severe suffering.
