Corruption suspects referred Financial Prosecution in Sanaa

SANAA, Sept. 02 (YPA) – About six people accused of corruption were referred on Monday the Public Funds Prosecution Office in Sanaa.

Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption in approved the referral of the defendants in corruption cases to the Prosecution Office specialized in corruption cases to complete the procedures for initiating and filing a criminal case against them before the Public Funds and Anti-Corruption Court.

These cases also include harming the interests of the state, seizing and facilitating the seizing of public funds, and forgery of official documents.
