Palestinian man critically injured by Israeli occupation forces’ fire in Issawiya

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, July 27 (YPA) – A Palestinian man was critically injured at dawn by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Issawiya, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Palestinian sources reported that the occupation soldiers detained the young man in his thirties after shooting and seriously wounding him while driving his vehicle in the said town.

Meanwhile, six people were injured at night after the occupation forces severely assaulted them in Issawiya, including a 12-year-old child and 76-year-old elderly woman. The injured individuals were transferred to Jerusalem hospitals for medical treatment.

Clashes also erupted after the occupation forces stormed the Shuafat camp north of Jerusalem, during which the occupation forces fired rubber-coated metal bullets and tear gas canisters, without reporting any injuries.
