Coalition’s wounded people stage protest rally in Cairo

CAIRO, July 01 (YPA) – A number of coalition forces’ wounded people organized on Monday a protest rally in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, to demand their financial dues that the coalition-backed Aden government has suspended for the past three months.

During the rally, the wounded issued a statement was circulated by media outlets loyal to the coalition confirming that negligence of the government would be reflected in the rest of the recruits.

The statement said, “The wounded during the treatment trip to Cairo endure hunger, lack and lack of nutrition.”

“They did not die of hunger from lack of food, but from wounds that bleed and complications increase,” it added.

The wounded of the coalition forces demanded the adoption of a fixed operational budget for the rapid treatment wounded in the “Taiz axis,” especially abroad or in Egypt.
