WHO announces documentation of 464 attacks on health facilities in Gaza

GAZA, June 06 (YPA) – The World Health Organization announced that it had documented 464 attacks on health facilities in the Gaza Strip since October 7th.

The organization explained that the attacks by the Israeli occupation forces led to the death of 727 people, the injury of 933, and the damage to 101 health facilities and 113 ambulances, calling for “respect for international law and the provision of effective protection for civilians and facilities of health care”.

It is noteworthy that 32 civilians were killed and dozens injured in a preliminary toll of a new massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces on Thursday, as a result of an air strike that targeted a school for displaced persons in the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip.
