Al-Qassam Brigades target two Israeli Merkava tanks in Khan Younis

GAZA, Aug. 14 (YPA) – The Al-Qassam Brigades announced on Wednesday that they had targeted two Israeli Merkava tanks in Khan Younis.

“We target two Zionist “Merkava” tanks with two “Al-Yassin 105″ shells and a side-attack explosive device near Abu Hamid roundabout in the center of Khan Younis city, south of the Strip,” The Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement.

This operation comes as part of a series of attacks carried out by Palestinian resistance factions against Israeli occupation forces advancing along various combat axes in the Gaza Strip.
