Hundreds of Zionist settlers desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque, mobilize for “flags march”

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, June 05 (YPA) – Hundreds of Zionist settlers desecrated the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque on Wednesday under the protection of the Israeli occupation forces, which were deployed at the mosque gates and the Old City of occupied Quds.

Local sources in the city reported that more than 700 settlers, divided into 14 groups, have desecrated Al-Aqsa since this morning on what is called “Jerusalem Day” and participated in the provocative “Israeli flag march.”The sources confirmed that the settlers raised the flags of the Zionist entity at the Qattanin Gate in the courtyards of the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The settlers performed Talmudic rituals and dances during their storming of Al-Aqsa, while the occupation forces prevented young Palestinians from entering the mosque and allowed only the elderly.

The Zionist enemy forces mobilized about 3,000 of their members to secure the settlers during the flag march and said that they would close the area from Damascus Gate to Bab al-Sahira to secure the settlers’ marches, which will start from Bab al-Khalil and the King George Hotel and pass through Damascus Gate and reach the Buraq Wall.
