Violent explosion hits Al Sadaqa Hospital in Aden

ADEN, May 30 (YPA) – A violent explosion was heard on Thursday in the city of Aden, which is under the control of the coalition in southern Yemen.

Local sources affirmed that the explosion rocked the Al Sadaqa Teaching Hospital northwest of Sheikh Othman district, which led to the burning of the building, amid reports of serious damage among patients.

The sources pointed out that the explosion caused a state of panic among the patients inside the hospital and their companions, rising columns of smoke could be seen from the building.

The fuel barrel went off next to the hospital’s electrical generator, without reporting a final toll of human losses among patients and workers.
