LAHJ, May 15 (YPA) – A number of citizens survived a burning bus accident in Lahj province, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition in southern Yemen, on Wednesday.
Informed sources reported that the bus burned completely in the Aqan area of Al-Musaimeer District as a result of an electrical short, indicating that the citizens left the bus after the fire broke out without any human casualties among them.
The sources attributed the accident to the fact that the driver recently resorted to switching the operating system to gas instead of gasoline due to the rise in the price of a 20-liter gallon to more than 26,000 riyals in the southern provinces.
