Four people killed in Israeli drone strike on car in southern Lebanon

BEIRUT, May 09 (YPA) – Four people were killed in an Israeli bombing of car in southern Lebanon on Thursday morning, the Lebanese Civil Defense announced.

It added in a statement that its rescue teams extinguished a fire that broke out in a car targeted by an Israeli air raid.

The Civil Defense said that four bodies were recovered from the car while other parties took them to hospital.

According to “Al-Akhbar” newspaper, the Israeli drone fired more than one rocket at the car until it hit it, indicating that at least two people were aboard.
