Update: Death toll from Zionist aggression on Gaza rises to 27,840 martyrs

GAZA, Feb. 08 (YPA) – A number of Palestinian people martyred as a result of the ongoing Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip, since last October 7, has risen to 27,840 martyrs.

Gaza-based Ministry of Health affirmed in a news statement on Thursday that the injured as a result of the Zionist attacks had mounted to 67,317 people.

The statement pointed out that the Zionist forces committed 15 massacres against families in the Strip, killing 130 Palestinians and injuring 170 during the past 24 hours.

It revealed that a number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads, and that Zionist forces are preventing ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

In a related context, the Palestinian Information Center affirmed that about 400 Palestinians have been martyred in the West Bank and Quds city since the beginning of the aggression on Gaza.
