American Defense admits failure in Yemen

WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 (YPA) – The Pentagon, through its spokesman, Patrick Ryder, has acknowledged that the attempt to deter the Yemeni armed forces has not succeeded so far.

As he spoke of success in the capabilities of what he called the “Houthis,” he reiterated the failure of the strikes by saying, “The attempt at deterrence has not succeeded so far.”

American and British forces launched new attacks targeting the Yemeni provinces of Hodeida, Bayda, Dhamar, Taiz, and Saada.
