109 journalists killed since Zionist aggression on Gaza

GAZA, Jan. 07 (YPA) – The governmental media office in the Gaza Strip announced on Sunday that the number of Palestinian journalist who were killed has risen to 109 after journalists Hamza Wael al-Dahdouh and Mustafa Soraya were killed by the Zionist enemy bombing at their car during their press coverage.

In a statement, the office condemned in the strongest terms this heinous crime and the ongoing crimes committed by the Zionist enemy army against journalists, which aim to intimidate journalists and an unsuccessful attempt to blur the truth and prevent them from media coverage.

The statement called on all press associations, media, human rights and legal bodies to condemn this crime and denounce its repetition by the enemy and it called on them to put pressure on the occupation to stop the genocidal war against the defenseless Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
