Israeli occupation admits officers killed in Gaza battles

GAZA, Dec. 27 (YPA) – The Israeli occupation army announced in a statement that three officers were killed during battles with the Palestinian resistance in the Gaza Strip.

The statement affirmed that Reserve Sgt. (res.) Maor Lavi, 33, a fighter in the 45th Battalion, Cpt. Shay Shamriz, 26, a company commander in the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion, and Cpt. (res.) Shaul Greenglick, 26, of the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion, were killed in the same battles in the Strip.

The total number of occupation soldiers killed has mounted to 492 since the start of the Al-Aqsa flood on October 7th.

The Israeli occupation continues its brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 81st day in a row, with air and artillery bombardment, while its forces try to penetrate various areas of the Strip.
