Israeli occupation forces bulldoze cemeteries in eastern Gaza

GAZA, Dec. 21 (YPA) – The occupation forces bulldozed the Sheikh Shaaban Cemetery in the Square area east of Gaza City.

The Euro-Mediterranean Observatory documented the occupation’s attacks on the majority of the cemeteries in the Gaza Strip, especially the Fallujah cemeteries in the northern Gaza Strip, as well as the Ali bin Marwan cemetery, Sheikh Radwan, the martyrs, and Sheikh Shaaban Cemetery.

In addition, they also swept the cemetery of the Church of St. Porphyrius in Gaza City and the Martyrs Cemetery in the town of Beit Lahia in the north of the Strip, which led to the vandalism and destruction of dozens of graves and spread devastation in them without regard to the sanctity of cemeteries and the dead.
