Armed attack targets home of local official in Taiz

TAIZ, Nov. 18 (YPA) – An armed attack targeted a home of a local official by armed elements in Islah factions in the middle of Taiz province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

According to the sources, Islah gunmen attacked the house of Abdual-Rahman Rasama, a member in local council of Muzaffar district with a grenade bomb that caused material damage to the house without causing any casualties.

The sources did not indicate the reasons behind the attack, but it comes as an extension of the chaos in the areas under the control of armed gangs loyal to Saudi-led coalition.
