Dozens demonstrate in front of White House in solidarity with occupied Palestine

WASHINGTON, Oct. 09 (YPA) – More than 100 people demonstrated on Monday in front of the White House in the U.S. capital, Washington, in support of Palestine against the backdrop of the escalating conflict with the Zionist entity.
The demonstration began in front of the residence of US President Joe Biden in Lafayette Square in central Washington.
The demonstrators raised Palestinian flags and banners calling for “liberating Palestine,” “releasing all Palestinian political prisoners,” “stopping all American aid to Israel,” and “stopping the occupation immediately.”
Later, the demonstrators marched from the White House to the US State Department’s building, where the march ended, while the police were forced to close some streets, but no arrests occurred.
