Security at Aden language institutes reportedly preventing students from showing solidarity with Palestinians

ADEN, Oct. 08 (YPA) – Activists from the city of Aden reported that a number of language institutes prevented students from carrying the Palestinian flag or wearing the Palestinian shawl “Samed”.

The activists said that security guards of the institutes in the city of Aden, which is under the control of the Saudi-led coalition prevented students from entering the institutes because they showed solidarity with the Palestinian resistance by carrying the Palestinian flag and wearing the Palestinian woven shawl.

Despite the hostile campaign carried out by a number of media professionals loyal to the UAE in southern Yemen against Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, expressions of solidarity with the Palestinian people have appeared in various forms in a number of coalition-held areas.

Citizens said that security guards for American language institutes in the city of Aden prevented students from raising the Palestinian flag in their clothes to express their solidarity with the “Al-Aqsa Flood” operation that began in the Gaza Strip.

It should be noted that an Israeli analyst said last week that the pro-coalition government is proceeding on the path of normalization with the Zionist occupation entity, by virtue of its dependence on Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
