Palestainain Ministry of Health reveals number of martyrs since start of “Al-Aqsa Flood” Operation

GAZA, Oct. 08 (YPA) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Sunday evening that the toll of the continuous Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip for the second day, has risen to 413 martyrs, and 2,300 others wounded.

In a brief statement, the Ministry of Health reported the death of 413 citizens, including 78 children and 41 women, as a result of the Israeli airstrikes on a number of houses in different areas of the Gaza Strip.

This afternoon, the Zionist occupation committed two heinous massacres in the city of Khan Younis in southern Gaza, and in the town of Beit Hanoun in the north, killing infants, women, and elderly people.

The occupation warplanes also carried out a raid on a house in the Sheikh Ajleen area, southwest of the city.

The Palestinian News Agency reported that enemy aircraft bombed a residential house belonging to the Shamlakh family in the Sheikh Ajleen area. The bodies of martyrs and wounded have been pulled out from the rubble.

The aggression of the Zionist enemy caused the displacement of more than 20,000 citizens to 23 shelters in various governorates of the Gaza Strip, and the total destruction of 13 towers, buildings, and residential buildings with a total of 159 units, which were completely demolished, and 1,210 housing units were partially damaged, including 36 units that became uninhabitable.
