Politicians warn of STC’s plan to assassinate southern leaders

ADEN, Sept. 17 (YPA) – Politicians and activists in Southern Movement (Al-Hirak Al-Janoubi), on Saturday have warned of a plan by the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia  to carry out liquidations and assassinations of leaders.

This came after Dr. Nasser Al-Khubji, head of the negotiations unit of the STC, and Khaled Bamdaf survived an incident described as orchestrated after three tires exploded at once  while passing through the sea bridge in Aden.

Activists confirmed that the operation was orchestrated and aimed at a planned incident that eliminates the two men  who are opposing to the STC’s plans on the file of negotiations.

Commenting on the incident, the head of the Southern Revolutionary Movement, Fouad Rashid, said, “In the current and coming period, we will probably hear about such incidents to silence the voice of the Southern Movement.”
