Two killed in fighting over plot of land in Taiz

TAIZ, Sept. 05 (YPA) – At least two people were killed and 3 others wounded on Monday during fighting between gunmen over a plot of land in Taiz province southwestern Yemen, local residents reported.

According to local residents, the clashes between gunmen erupted due to a dispute over a plot of land in the Aqaqa area of al-Mudhaffar district, west of the city.

The areas, which are under the control of the Saudi-led coalition’s armed factions have  been  witnessing a major insecurity, state of lawlessness, in which assassinations and killings have escalated.
