HODEIDA, Aug 08 (YPA) – Yemen’s Red Sea Ports Corporation (YRSPC) in Hodeida province launched on Tuesday new benefits for maritime trade agents through the Red Sea ports.
During the launch of the electronic window project on the corporation’s official website, the head of the corporation, Mohammed Ishaq, explained that the project will contribute to overcoming the procedures for shipping agents, facilitating their transactions, and speeding up their completion and clearance before the arrival of ships loaded with goods.
He referred to the YRSPC’s vision of activating work through the automated system to shorten effort and time, bypassing typical procedures and complexities in line with the requirements of navigational activity, and introducing modern technologies.
Ishaq praised the efforts of the information technology of the YRSPC and software development team in completing the first step of the electronic window project to facilitate the transactions of maritime trade agents.
