Citizen killed, 3 others injured due to armed clashes in Shabwa

SHABWA, Aug. 01 (YPA) – A citizen was killed on Tuesday and three others were injured in armed confrontations in the vicinity of the Security Department building in the city of Bayhan in Shabwah governorate.

According to local sources in the city, clashes broke out between tribal gunmen from Al-Darraq and Al-Salamah families in front of the building of the higher City Security Department in Bayhan area, after which one of Al-Darraq’s sons was killed and three others wounded due to tribal disputes.

The sources confirmed that there were critical cases among the injured from Al-Darraq family, who were transferred to one of the hospitals in the city.
