Saudi researcher calls for exclusion of “Al-Bahsani and Al-Mahrami” from presidential council

ADEN, July 13 (YPA) – Saudi political researcher Dr. Ali al-Arishi, who is close to the royal palace in Riyadh, called for the exclusion of Faraj al-Bahsani and Abu Zara’a al-Mahrami from the “presidential Leadership Council” loyal to Saudi-led coalition.

Al-Arishi said in a tweet on “Twitter” that “the departure of Al-Bahsani and Abu Zara’a for the Presidential Leadership Council has now become a priority for the success of the political process in Yemen, especially as they abandoned their presidential role, which represents all Yemenis, and sided with the small project that Aidarous Al-Zubaidi is enough to represent.”

The Saudi researcher’s call for the exclusion of al-Bahsani and al-Mahrami comes amid reports of Saudi arrangements to make changes to the presidential council and government ahead of the start of the new round of peace talks with Sanaa.
