Armed group assaults artistic team in Lahj

LAHJ, July. 02 (YPA) – An armed group assaulted members of an artistic band from the city of Al-Houta, the provincial capital of Lahj, south of Yemen.

The incident occurred when the band was returning from Sabiha area of Lahj on its way to the city, where it performed a concert there.

Activists on social media said that the return of gangs belonging to the coalition-backed armed groups claimed that they were pursued in Al-Sabiha areas as part of the military and security campaign led by “Saleh Al-Sayed”, had confirmed he failure to limit the spread of armed gangs in the province.
