STC militants storm house of commander in Aden

ADEN, May 28 (YPA) – UAE-backed militants stormed on Saturday stormed a home of a senior leader loyal to Saudi-led coalition  in Yemen’s southern port city of Aden.

Southern activist Ali al-Nasi reported information confirming that a military campaign that emerged from the Jabal Hadid camp, which is under the supervision of President Aidarous al-Zubaidi,  the head of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), stormed the house of leader Samed al-Mansoub Sinah, who impersonates the rank of brigadier general and works as director of the Police Officers Club at pro-coalition ministry of interior following a dispute over interests with leaders on the  Workers’ Island.

He stated that the campaign, led by a person known as “Abu Taher”, came because of the appearance of Sinah in a video footage showing militants loyal  to “Abu Taher”  looting dilapidated ships in the island marina.

According to him, they took Sinah to an unknown destination.

Sinah was the commander of the STC’s so-called Emergency and Security Support Battalion in Aden in recent years.
