Saudi Arabia arrest commander in Islah on charges of smuggling drugs

SANAA, March 27 (YPA) – The Saudi authorities arrested one of the leaders of Islah party at the southern border of the Kingdom and deported him to its prisons in Sharurah region.

Saudi media sources said that Saudi intelligence has arrested Brigadier General Ali Qamlan, the commander of the so-called “special missions brigade” of the coalition, which is located on the Saudi borders.

The sources explained that the Saudi intelligence arrested Qamlan on charges of his involvement in smuggling hashish and drugs to Saudi Arabia.
