Sanaa government calls for reconfiguring tender committees within 15 days

SANAA, March 14 (YPA) – The Higher Authority for Tenders and Auctions Control on Tuesday called on government agencies and institutions to reconfigure tender committees in accordance with the Tenders and Auctions Law and its implementing regulations.

In a circular issued Tuesday to ministers, governors, heads of institutions, central agencies, companies and universities, the authority stressed the need for the commitment of various government agencies to reconfigure tender committees and provide them with their formation decisions within a period not exceeding 15 days.

The authority indicated that the continuation of some tender committees in conducting tender work despite the end of their legal work period is a reason for the invalidity of all their work.
