Document reveals paying 3 billion riyals to minister in Aden

ADEN, Aug. 19 (YPA) – Head of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), led by Rashad al-Alimi directed the coalition-backed And government’s chief Salem bin Braik to disburse 3 billion riyals to Minister of Defense Mohsen Al-Daari during his field visits to military axes..

This came in a leaked document issued by the PLC’s office in Aden had revealed the amount paid was as a transportation allowance for inspecting a number of military areas and fronts and to meet their needs.

The document revealed also the extent to which billions of riyals had been plundered under various pretexts, while the people of Aden and other southern provinces suffering from a lack of even the most basic necessities for a decent life.

Meanwhile, a photo of pro-Saudi Salafist leader Radad al-Hashemi, who was being welcomed by al-minister Daari in civilian clothes, with a red carpet rolled out upon his arrival at the Najran front, had sparked widespread mockery on social media over the past two days.
