ADEN, March 02 (YPA) – Armed elements stormed the house of a security official affiliated with the Saidi-led coalition, followed by violent confrontations in the city of Aden, southern Yemen.
Local sources in the city stated that members of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia, led by Musleh Al-Dharhani, a director of the so-called “Dar Saad Police”, stormed the house of the so-called “Director of Legal Affairs in the Fifth Division,” Adnan Ali bin Ali, an advisor to the security director of Aden, and arrested a number of his bodyguards, including his brother, to one of Al-Dharhani-run bad prisons.
The sources indicated that the leader, Ben Ali, brought in gunmen to break out with the Al-Dharhani militia, in which two sides used various types of weapons, without revealing any losses or the fate of Ben Ali’s bodyguard and his brother.
The sources added that the confrontations caused a state of panic among the residents of the residential neighborhoods in Dar Saad.
