2 Pakistani policemen killed due to attack in south of Pakistan

SANAA, Feb. 21 (YPA) – Two Pakistani policemen were killed on Tuesday in an attack by gunmen on a police station in the southwestern province of Balochistan.

The Associated Press quoted government official Barkat Baloch as saying that gunmen launched an attack on a police station in Mastung district of the province, which led to clashes and an exchange of gunfire that killed two policemen.

Baloch noted that the Pakistani authorities have launched search and tracking operations for the militants who fled after the attack.
