ADEN, Feb. 19 (YPA) – Several large shops in the southern Yemeni province of Aden announced on Sunday that they were closing their doors due to the deteriorating economic and security conditions in the province under the control of UAE-backed transitional militias.
Local sources in Aden said that the shops of Shamsan shopping center “Shamsan Mall”, the largest shops in Sheikh Othman district in particular and Aden city in general, closed its doors to citizens.
The sources confirmed that the owner of Shamsan Mall announced after the closure that he was unexpectedly offered for sale.
According to the sources, the offer of the largest shops in Aden for sale was a great shock to the people.
