Two killed, three injured in Israeli drone strike on Gaza City

GAZA, Sept. 23 (YPA) – Two Palestinians were killed and three others, including a child, were injured on Tuesday evening in an Israeli drone strike targeting a group of civilians near a cafe in the vicinity of Muscat School in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, northeast of Gaza City.

In the southern Gaza Strip, an Israeli drone targeted a parked vehicle near Al-Aqqad Mosque in the Mawasi area of Khan Younis; no casualties were reported.

Israeli occupation forces continued their violations of the ceasefire agreement for the 348th consecutive day through artillery shelling and gunfire across various areas. A home was targeted in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood, injuring three individuals, while eastern parts of the neighborhood and northwestern Gaza City came under bombardment and gunfire. Israeli occupation naval vessels also shelled the Gaza City coastline.

Furthermore, Israeli occupation forces executed demolition operations northwest of Beit Lahia and south of Khan Younis, and opened fire east of Al-Bureij camp. A woman was also injured by Israeli gunfire near the Abu Sharkh roundabout in Jabalia.
