Israeli occupation forces arrest 8 Palestinians, including Hamas leader, woman in West Bank

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, Feb. 06 (YPA)- Israeli occupation forces arrested 8 Palestinians, including a woman, from different areas in the West Bank.

According to the Palestinian Ministry of Prisoners and Freedmen, the enemy forces arrested at dawn today 8 citizens in the West Bank, including Hamas leader Shaker Amara.

It explained that the enemy forces arrested a freed prisoner from his home in the town of Silwad, east of Ramallah, and another from Beit Rima.

In Nablus, the occupation army arrested a Palestinian woman and a young man from Balata refugee camp, after raiding their homes.

The Zionist arrests included Hamas leader Shaker Amara, from the Aqbat refugee camp in Jericho, and a freed prisoner from Bethlehem, in addition to the arrest of a young man from Jenin and another from the city of Hebron.

Enemy forces stormed Aqbat Jabr camp, besieged  a residential building, and violent clashes took place, during which a number of citizens were injured, targeting a military cell, which claimed to be affiliated with Hamas for carrying out an operation south of Jericho on January 28.
