Recruit in STC militia kills trader in Aden

ADEN, Feb. 02 (YPA) – A merchant from the northern provinces was shot dead by a recruit in the ranks of UAE-backed militias in the center of the southern Yemeni city of Aden.

Local media sources said that the citizen “Ibrahim Abdu”, a free trader, was shot dead by a conscript in UAE-backed security belt militias at Banafa’ Center in Al-Buraiqa district.

According to the sources, the recruit is present in Buraiqa police, amid fears of diluting the case like its predecessors, which ended with the release of murderers belonging to the Emirati militias in Aden city.
