SANAA, Jan. 21 (YPA) – The Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption referred on Saturday nine defendants to the Anti-Corruption Prosecution Office in three corruption cases.
in its meeting, headed by Judge Mujahid Ahmed Abdullah, approved the results of the investigation procedures the corruption cases that included harm to the national economy, money laundering and forgery.
He affirmed that the decision came to complete the procedures for filing a criminal case against them in accordance with the law.
The meeting also approved taking procedures and measures against the defendants by seizing funds and their assets and equivalent to the amount of damage of more than one million and 607 thousand Saudi riyals.
