MAHRA, Dec. 20 (YPA) – The Saudi forces attacked on Tuesday fire on Yemeni fishermen near the port of Nishtun, located on the Arabian Sea in Mahra province, eastern Yemen.
Sources familiar with the matter said that a Saudi patrol opened fire on fishermen on four boats and prevented them from fishing in Yemeni waters.
The sources confirmed that the Saudi forces confiscated the four fishermen’s boats, without revealing their fate.
At the end of last October, a Yemeni fisherman was killed and two others were wounded by US naval fire, while they were practicing their fishing profession off the Yemeni coast in the Hof district of the province.
