News divisions reportedly hit commanders of UAE-backed “Al-Amaliqa Brigades”

HADRAMOUT, Dec. 19 (YPA) – Sharp differences and divisions hit leaders of  The UAE-backed “Al-Amaliqa Brigades”, regarding the arrangement to storm  camps of the “First Military Region” in Hadramout province, eastern Yemen.

Adel al-Hasani, Adel al-Hassani, a former detainee in UAE person and a leader in the so-called “Southern Resistance”, said that the UAE directed commanders of the “Al-Amaliqa”, who were formed from extremist Salafi groups, to participate in storming the camps of the first military region affiliated with   Islah party, which caused sever disagreements amongst them.

Al-Hasani said in a tweet on Twitter on Monday that the leadership of the UAE forces in Hadramout seeks to blow up the military situation through Al-Amaliqa forces and work to repeat the scenario of confrontations with the “special forces” and brigades affiliated with Islah as it did with  in Shabwa, early last August.

He pointed out that the Emirati directives have caused division among the extremist commanders of Al-Amaliqa, between those who support the fight against the forces of the “first region” in Seiyun, and those who see it as “sedition”.

“Is it in their hands or in the hands of the sponsor,” al-Hasani asked referring to the UAE.
