Founder of International Legion of Foreign Mercenaries Killed in Ukraine

WORLD, Nov. 21 (YPA) – The founder of the “International Legion”, Frenchman Gaston Besson, who fought on the side of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, died, colleagues and acquaintances said in the comments on his Facebook page.

According to the militant, he does not know the circumstances of the death of Besson, since he himself recently left the war zone for a week.

Gaston Besson is a former mercenary in Indochina who fought in Croatia as a member of the far-right HSP party. He positioned himself as “a freedom fighter who recruits idealists.”
