Security official survives assassination attempt in Aden

ADEN, Nov.06 (YPA) – A security official survived on Sunday an assassination attempt by an armed ambush, in the center of the city of Aden, which is controlled by the UAE-backed militia.

Local sources in the city confirmed that unidentified gunmen on a car opened fire at the commander of the so-called “police emergency” in Al-Shaab area, Ahmed Al-Huraibi, while he was on the Al-Haswa coast in the Buriqa area in the same city.

The sources added that elements of the so-called Seventh Brigade managed to arrest the gunmen after the attack, without revealing their identities.
