Meteorology warns cold wave sweeping several provinces

SANAA, Nov. 02 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology warned citizens to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold wave hitting several provinces of Yemen.

In its weather bulletin on Wednesday, the center said that cold and dry weather would targeted mountainous provinces of Bayda, Dhamar, Amran, Sanaa, Saada Shabwa, Abyan, Lahj, Ibb and Dhalea.

The center added that partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of scattered rain, and wind ranging its speed between 08-18 knots in Socotra Archipelago.
