Sanaa warns coalition against continuing to bomb Islah factions in Shabwa
SANAA, Aug. 10 (YPA) – The Deputy Foreign Minister in the Sanaa government, Hussein Al-ezzi, on Wednesday warned the Saudi-led coalition forces against continuing to bombard the Islah Party factions in Shabwa province.
Al-Ezzi commented in a series of tweets on his Twitter account on the raids launched by the UAE aircraft against Islah party militants in Shabwa, eastern Yemen, expressing Sanaa’s refusal to shedding the blood of Yemenis by any foreigner.
He said: “They are still Yemenis, even if they erred against us and the right of the country. This is left to Yemeni laws, and no foreigner has the right to exploit the state of hostility that exists between us and them.”
Al-Ezzi added, “From this point of view, any intervention by the UAE air force in Shabwa will be considered a major breach of the armistice.”
He pointed out that this position is not to flirt with those he called “the cheap and cowardly mercenaries, but rather we express the values and principles of Yemen,” as he said.
On Tuesday, Al-Ezzi had indicated on “Twitter” that “if Shabwa fell into the hands of the UAE tools, Hadramout and Abyan would fall completely and automatically, and the Islah would end forever and the history would curse it.”
