Yemen condemns assassination attempt on Ethiopian PM

SANAA, June 23 (YPA) – Yemen’s ministry of foreign affairs on Saturday strongly condemned an assassination attempt targeting Ethiopian Prime Minister Abey Ahmed in the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.
The ministry in a statement affirmed the solidarity of Yemen with Ethiopian government, offering condolences to the injured.
Earlier on the day, a grenade attack targeted a rally held to support the Ethiopian prime minister in Addis Ababa, injuring 83 people.
