SANAA, June 23 (YPA)- Saudi crown prince, Mohammed bin Salman, met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the Royal Jordanian Palace during his last visit to Amman on Monday, the daily Maariv Israeli newspaper reported on Friday.
This came on the sidelines of Jared Kushner’s visit on Friday accompanied by Jason Greenblatt, President Trump’s Middle East Envoy.
MBS was waiting for Netanyahu at the Royal Jordanian Palace during his last visit to Amman on Monday, Jacky Hugi the political analyst of the newspaper said.
Jacky Hugi added that” a close friend told me about the incident, claiming that there were direct contacts between the two parties, both Saudi and Israeli, under the auspices of King Abdullah II of Jordan.”
Earlier, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman reportedly met on Wednesday with visiting US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner to discuss Trump’s “ready” plan over Palestinian-Israeli peace deal, or what it calls the “deal of the century.
The meeting took place in the Saudi capital Riyadh at the presence of US special envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenbelt.
