STC accuses Al-Alimi Council of being behind bombings in Aden

ADEN, June. 30 (YPA) – UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) accused on Thursday members of the Riyadh-formed Presidential Council, led by Rashad Al-Alimi, of being behind the bombings and terrorist crimes in the city of Aden, south of Yemen.

A member of the National Assembly in the STC, Wathiq Al-Hasani, said: “Part of the Yemeni legitimate authority is using Al-Qaeda with the open,” in a clear accusation of Islah Party and Tariq Afash’s wing.

“That these parties are seeking to exterminate another part of the same authority, in a reference to the “STC,” he commented on Twitter.
