Syrian air defenses confront ‘Israeli’ aggression

DAMASCUS, Jun. 07 (YPA) – The Syrian air defenses confronted on Monday evening an Israeli missile aggression that targeted some sites in Damascus southern countryside, Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported, citing a military source.

“At 23:18 p.m. on Monday 6-6-2022, the Israeli enemy launched an aerial act of aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some sites south of Damascus City ”, the  military source said in statement

The source added that the Syrian air defenses intercepted the hostile missiles and downed most of them, and only material damages were reported.
