Putin: Pressure from unfriendly states is practically an aggression

MOSCOW, May 27 (YPA) – Russian president Vladimir Putin said on Friday that pressure on Russia from a number of unfriendly countries is practically an aggression.

Speaking in the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, Putin said that “advantages of the integration course are particularly obvious now, in the current difficult international situation, amid practically an aggression from some unfriendly states.”

Putin noted the growing interest of many foreign partners in the Eurasian Economic Union despite confrontation by the West and its attempts to block integration.

He added, despite the difficult international situation and the confrontation launched by the so-called Collective West, and the fact that those who hate us are trying to place all sorts of obstacles to our integration, it is clear to all of us that there is growing interest in the Eurasian Economic Union by many foreign partners.
