President Al-Mashat stresses importance of documenting coalition crimes in Yemen

SANAA, May 24 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat stressed on Tuesday the importance of documenting the US-Saudi-Emirati coalition’s crimes against the Yemeni people to ensure that the perpetrators do not escape accountability.

During his meeting today with the Acting Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, President Al-Mashat pointed to the importance of redoubling efforts to improve the level of human rights performance, especially in light of the aggression and unjust siege that Yemen is going through.

He praised the efforts of the Human Rights Ministry in preparing the annual reports on the crimes of the coalition.
