Dozens of Zionist settlers continue to desecrate Al-Aqsa Mosque

OCCUPIED PALESTINE, May 22 (YPA) – Dozens of Zionist settlers on Sunday stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the Israeli occupation police.

Palestinian sources reported that dozens of settlers stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque in groups from Mughrabi Gate and performed Talmudic rituals and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards, while their rabbis gave accounts of the alleged temple.

The so-called “Women for the Temple” group had called on the settlers to participate in the storming of Al-Aqsa Mosque, on the anniversary of the occupation of East Jerusalem, which falls on May 29, as part of the settler groups’ efforts to impose public biblical rituals at Al-Aqsa.

Al-Aqsa Mosque is exposed to settlers on a daily basis, with the exception of Friday and Saturday, through groups and in two shifts, morning and evening, and with the protection of the occupation forces, in an attempt to impose a temporal and spatial division in Al-Aqsa.
